We want you to be completely happy with your products so we're here to help with any exchange or return.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days of your purchase date. You will be refunded the full amount of the item (minus the shipping cost). We will refund any item, provided that the item has not been worn or damaged and that the items have hangtags still attached. Please include your packing slip and we will gladly refund your purchase. If you can’t locate your packing slip please email us at support@californiaclassicsclothing.com and we will provide it to you. 

You must contact us at returns@californiaclassicsclothing.com before returning any items. Blind returns that do not accompany any prior notification or documentation won’t be accepted. We would be happy to provide you with a return shipping label to make your life easier, but we do not cover the shipping charges for returning items, nor do we refund original shipping charges once an item is returned. If California Classics provides you with a shipping label, then we will deduct the cost of the return shipment label from your purchase. We don’t mark any of our shipping up and do not charge a handling fee so you are charged what we are charged.

We will refund your purchase to the same card that you used for the original purchase. We will credit you for the cost of all items that you return. Shipping costs are non refundable. You will receive an email notification once your items have been received and returned. We usually process them within 48 hours of them arriving at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, it might take longer for the credit to show up. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Orders placed between November 10th and December 31st can be returned or exchanged until January 15th.

Someone on our team can make sure that we have what you’re looking for and we can put it aside so that we don’t sell out. Exchanges that are made with same priced items won’t incur any costs, but an additional charge will be required if you are exchanging for a higher priced item.
